  Our Coffee : Finding a Fair Trade, organic decaffeinated coffee from El Salvador has proved to be impossible for now. So we've found several cooperatives in Central America that are triple certified and also use the Swiss Water Process to decaffeinate. We hope you will enjoy it!

Bags & Labels : We now have colorful, one-way valve bags to insure that your organic, shade-grown coffee stays fresh. The newly designed labels offer information on why shade-grown coffee is the best for the environment. The (1 lb) red, green and blue foil bags also look great in gift baskets!
